b. Cloud-Based Deployment:

  • i. CareSphere Cloud Servers: Hosted and managed by CareSphere’s secure and reliable servers.
    ii. Client's Cloud Servers: Hosted on the client’s own cloud infrastructure or domain.

Note: Both deployment categories provide remote support to ensure system uptime, updates, and troubleshooting.

4. Implementation Models

a. Ownership Model

  • The client purchases the HMIS at a higher price since they will take full control of the system after the initial implementation phase.
  • Support Plan:
  • i. Includes three months of free maintenance for system stabilization and knowledge transfer.
    ii. Post-maintenance, the client’s in-house team manages the system, with optional paid support available upon request.

  • Recommended for organizations with internal IT teams and the capacity to manage their infrastructure independently.
b. Leasing Model
  • The client acquires the HMIS at a lower initial price through a leasing arrangement.
  • Support and Management Plan:
  • i. CareSphere takes full responsibility for IT support, system administration, and management.
    ii. Includes three months of free maintenance after deployment.
    iii. Post-maintenance, the client pays a recurring service fee for ongoing support and management.

c. Cloud Deployment and Data Migration
  • Comprehensive training sessions for key users.
  • Ongoing support for troubleshooting and customizations as needed.

5. Packages

CareSphere HMIS offers flexibility in acquiring the system through two distinct package options:

a. Full Package:
  • This includes the complete hospital management system with all features and modules.
  • Suitable for hospitals requiring an all-inclusive solution for end-to-end management.
