The system’s deployment, implementation, and support model ensure flexibility for clients while maintaining high service standards. Below is a detailed explanation of the implementation model:
3. Deployment Categories
CareSphere offers two deployment options to meet client requirements and infrastructure capabilities:
a. On-Premises Deployment:i. CareSphere Cloud Servers: Hosted and managed by CareSphere’s secure and reliable servers.
ii. Client's Cloud Servers: Hosted on the client’s own cloud infrastructure or domain.
Note: Both deployment categories provide remote support to ensure system uptime, updates, and troubleshooting.
4. Implementation Models
a. Ownership Model
i. Includes three months of free maintenance for system stabilization and knowledge transfer.
ii. Post-maintenance, the client’s in-house team manages the system, with optional paid support available upon request.
i. CareSphere takes full responsibility for IT support, system administration, and management.
ii. Includes three months of free maintenance after deployment.
iii. Post-maintenance, the client pays a recurring service fee for ongoing support and management.
